About the Artist: Clarissa P. Valaeys is a professional artist specializing in nature-inspired art for elegant interiors. Her work primarily focuses on capturing the beauty of the natural world through detailed botanical paintings, often created using techniques like watercolor and acrylic. Her pieces are known for their vibrant colors, light and shadow, intricate details, and help us connect with nature even when in an urban setting. She has produced a variety of artworks, including commissioned pieces, mural art and collaborations with brands such as Caran d’Ache, Chopard, Pierre Frey, Paradisio Imaginarium,etc. This year, the Danish publisher Snap Collective released an art book featuring a curated collection of her most significant works from the past four years, highlighting her evolution as an artist.
